Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions asked. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically billed each month.
How are vistors calculated?
Each time a unique visitor lands on your site, we will count that as 1 visitor. If your visitor count exceeds your plan (we'll let you know at 90%), we will simply stop showing toasts and let you know that it may be time to upgrade your plan. The toasts will start appearing again at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does Witness's pricing work?
Our subscriptions are on a monthly or yearly basis. There are no hidden charges. We partner with Stripe to collect payments with any credit or debit card. (Currently, we do not accept Paypal or other online systems.)
How secure is Witness?
Protecting the data you trust to Witness is our first priority. We have partnered with Stripe for payment processing and host our database with an enterprise host. Additionally, we run our services through Cloudflare.
Do you offer discounts?
We've built in discounts of up-to 35% at each tier for paying yearly.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not refund any amounts that you have already paid.
